Passport

Original passport issued within 10 years including Old Passport (If Any)
Valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from Philippines
Should contain at least 2 blank visa pages
Should have no alteration or handwritten amendments in the data pages

Photograph

2 recent colored passport size photographs (2x2 Inch without border) and taken within the last 3 months
Hats must not be worn, however headgear for religious purposes is acceptable
Taken against a plain white background with matt or semi-matt finish
Please note that scanned or unclear photographs will not be accepted

Bank Statement

Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank statement signed and attested by a bank
All bank statements must be dated within the last 1 week
In case the applicant is employed, and Organization is sponsoring your trip then need to provide bank statement of the Company

ITR

2 Years Personal ITR

No Objection Certificate / letter required from the Employer
It should be on letter head with seal and singed by the authorized person
Any current mailing address proof in case remotely working in other state

Cover Letter

A Covering letter from the Applicant on A4 Size Paper (if Employed) or else on Business Letter Head (if Self Employed)

GST Copy

Company Registration copy in case of having own business

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory with coverage of minimum 30,000 Euros or 50,000 USD / person
All expenses which include repatriation for medical reasons, urgent medical attention or emergency medical treatment in hospital
The insurance should cover the entire stay in Philippines

Flight Ticket

Confirmed flight reservation (India to onward and Return)

Accommodation

Applicant must provide accommodation proof : Confirmed Hotel Voucher
In case staying with friend’s or relative’s place then invitation letter with invitee Id proof, passport or residence card copy along with their financial documents (email with colored scan copies will work)

Other Documents

Aadhar card copy
Vaccination certificate

Visa applicants are strongly advised to finalize their flight booking only after the visa is granted
Personal appearance of the visa applicant at New Delhi Jurisdiction in case of applicants are From Delhi/NCR and any North Indian States
Personal appearance is not required in case of South & West Indian Jurisdictions
In some cases, Personal Appearance is only required in some cases where The Consulate ask to present for an interview
Additional requirements may be required by the visa/consular officer

Only Specific Country Nationals are allowed to apply visa online

Vaccinated foreign nationals (but without a booster shot) who are unable to present a NEGATIVE pre-departure RTPCR/ART test will not be allowed entry into the Philippines

Under current regulations, only foreign nationals fully vaccinated foreign nationals with sufficient proof of vaccination may enter the Philippines
